1. Processing & Delivery Time

Processing: 1–2 business days (3 days during peak seasons: Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holidays).
Standard Delivery:
Contiguous U.S.: 10-15 business days after shipping.
Delays from weather, carriers, or wrong addresses are not our liability.

2. Shipping Address Rules

Only ship to physical addresses.
Double-check address accuracy—we don’t cover delays/fees from wrong info.
Address changes: Contact support within 1 hour of ordering (no changes after shipping).

3. Undelivered/Lost Packages

“Delivered” but not received? Check with neighbors/building management → Contact carrier 
Lost packages: Contact support within 7 days of expected delivery for refund/replacement.
