We aim to make returns and refunds simple for U.S. customers—here’s what you need to know:

1. Order Cancellations
Cancel or modify orders within 1 hour of placement (contact support immediately).
No cancellations after 1 hour, as orders begin processing promptly.
If canceled successfully, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

2. Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Free returns for defective/damaged/incorrect items (our error)

3. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs).
