1. Shipping & Delivery


Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.


Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard shipping takes 10-15 business days. Expedited shipping  and overnight shipping are available for an additional fee.


2. Returns & Refunds


Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Q: Are return shipping costs covered?
A: Return shipping is free if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (due to our error). For other returns, you’ll be responsible for the shipping fee (deducted from your refund if using the pre-paid label).


Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (2-3 business days after delivery to our warehouse), refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.


3. After-Sales Service


Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement for free or issue a full refund.


Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, we can’t guarantee changes as the order may already be processed for shipping. Contact support immediately for assistance.


Q: How do I track my order?
A: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track it by logging into your account on our website and navigating to "Order History."


Q: What if I didn’t receive my order?
A: First, check the tracking information for delivery confirmation. If the carrier shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
